Shipping & Returns

Shipping
We offer free shipping within Sweden. For orders shipped to the EU and other international destinations, a flat shipping fee of 299 SEK applies.

Returns
In accordance with Swedish distance selling law (Distansavtalslagen), you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

To initiate a return, please contact us at caroline@carolinenystrom.com  within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please note:

• A return handling fee of 300 SEK will be deducted from your refund.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Items must be returned in the same condition as received.
• Refunds will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.
