Shipping & Returns

Shipping
Studio Elsa Ekman ships artwork within Sweden. Shipping costs are included in the price.

To deliver your order we share your name, address, phone number and email with our shipping partner. If your package appears damaged upon arrival, please photograph it before opening and contact us immediately at contact@studioelsaekman.com.

Estimated delivery time: 3–10 business days.

Unclaimed Packages
If a package is not collected within the holding period, it will be returned to us. Studio Elsa Ekman reserves the right to charge for return shipping and handling fees for unclaimed shipments.

Returns
Customers have the right to return an order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with EU distance selling regulations. To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@studioelsaekman.com within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be returned in its original condition and properly packaged.

A refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned artwork, provided it is verified to be in its original condition.

Please note that returned items are subject to a return handling fee of 300 SEK, which will be deducted from the refund amount. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Returns will not be accepted if the artwork is not in its original condition. Studio Elsa Ekman does not take responsibility for damage during return transit.
